AUSTIN (KXAN) -- After this morning's cold front, temperatures have been chilly and the wind has made it feel colder. Wind gusts will slowly back off tonight, but it will still be a little breezy for the next few hours.As the wind backs off, temperatures will drop under a partly cloudy nighttime sky. Widespread 30s are expected by Monday morning with parts of the Hill Country flirting with freezing.Monday morning lowsTonight could be the first of two or three nights in the 30s, but Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning's lows will be cloud-cover dependent.Expected morning lows the next few daysI expect highs in the 50s again on Monday under a partly sunny to mostly cloudy sky. HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Halfmoon man was arrested on Sunday following a physical altercation, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Andrew May, 77, was charged with two counts of assault. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! On November 26, police responded to a disturbance call at 2:41 a.m. near Halfmoon Circle. The investigation determined that May allegedly struck a woman in the face and head with a metal cup and a metal spoon. The victim, who is reportedly known to May, was transported to Samaritan Hospital to be treated for her injuries. HAZELWOOD, Mo. – One man was killed and another person was injured in a shooting at a hotel in Hazelwood.The shooting happened just after 10:45 p.m. Saturday at the InTown Suites Extended Stay, located in the 9000 block of Dunn Road.A spokesperson for the Hazelwood Police Department claims officers found a male victim on the hotel floor with a gunshot wound to his leg. The man was taken to a local hospital, but he died. He was 52.Found the second victim about a mile north in the 8200 block of North Lindbergh Boulevard. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to their chest. An enormous tumbleweed was captured on video rolling across a SoCal roadway last week. Video circulating on X, formerly Twitter, shows the massive tumbleweed rolling over one span of the road, over the median and on to the other side of the road in the direction of traffic. The National Weather Service even reposted the video, saying that a gargantuan tumbleweed was spotted in Simi Valley the day before. California’s top cheeseburger joint is in L.A., according to Yelp Preliminary reports indicated that the video was taken in Simi Valley, but further investigation revealed that the actual location of the video was near Fairview Park on Placentia Avenue in Costa Mesa.
