CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Clifton Park man was arrested following a welfare check on Huntridge Drive on Thursday night. Police charged Matthew D. According to the police, Sands allegedly applied pressure to the victim's throat or neck to impede her normal breathing or blood circulation. The victim lost consciousness. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is looking for a shooter who killed a man Friday morning and then fled the scene in Cudahy in a black sedan.The victim, only identified as a man, was killed at about 5 a.m. in the 5000 block of Clara Street, the LASD said in a news release. Though officials did not provide the exact address, investigators appeared to be focusing on a Circle K convenience store and gas station in the area.Deputies found the man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, and he was declared dead at the scene, officials said. A would-be smash-and-grab suspect who got more than he bargained for when he attempted to rob a family-owned jewelry store in the San Gabriel Valley last week, has been identified, authorities announced on Thursday. Surveillance cameras captured the suspect, now identified as 36-year-old Joshua Lee Simmons, as he was walking down Main Street in El Monte on Sept. 2 dressed in all black with a face mask and a cardboard box in hand. Two-Car Crash on Adams Avenue Left Agustina Cano-De Arambula DeadFRESNO, CA (September 8, 2023) – Wednesday evening, a two-vehicle crash on Manning Avenue left Agustina Cano-De Arambula dead and two individuals hospitalized.Officers responded to the fatal collision on August 23rd at around 9:20 p.m. along Manning Avenue and Adams Avenue.According to reports, a 32-year-old man driving a Freightliner truck, that was transporting grapes from a neighboring vineyard, when he took a left turn out of a field onto Manning Avenue.
