Among the 6,718 souls in attendance at Monday night’s “Happy Together” concert at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand, there were almost certainly several who thought they caught the tour last year. But such are the vagaries of memory. This multi-act revue built around what pop radio was pumping onto the airwaves in the late 1960s actually hasn’t stopped in the Twin Cities since 2019.
